Bumper Blocks

To match your application needs, DLM gives you a choice of two bump blocks for your edge-of-dock and top-of-dock levelers. Our EXTRA-HEAVY-DUTY Series bump block has for years been the favorite of America's motor freight industry. Its rugged design and construction make it ideal for extreme high traffic applications such as motor freight truck terminals. The EXTRA-HEAVY-DUTY Series is also available with DLM's exclusive sliding bump block option - the bump block rises with the trailer as it's being unloaded, thus reducing wear and extending service life. Our WAREHOUSE Series is the practical choice when your dock traffic activity is normal to moderate. While slightly smaller and lighter than out EXTRA-HEAVY-DUTY Series, the WAREHOUSE Series is still an extremely rugged and dependable design that you can count on for years of service. Both Bump Blocks are constructed of high strength steel with a reinforcing internal plate. Both have a cover of steel safety tread plate. For maximum durability, abrasion resistance, and impactability, both have a molded pad of original (not recycled) Tuf-Cord rubber. And both meet or exceed all applicable OSHA, ANSI and CS 202 requirements at the time of manufacture.
