GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

The "C" SERIES/Hydraulic is a pit-mounted dock leveler with a working range of 12" above to 12" below dock and offered in 25000, 30000 and 35000 lb. capacities. The unit has fully hydraulic operation via remote control. A truly exceptional value, the "C" SERIES/Hydraulic includes an I-Beam substructure, a deck and lip of high-strength 55000 lb. yield steel safety tread plate, a maintenance safety strut, cross-traffic support, laminated rubber bumpers ... all as standard equipment. These features add up to make the "C" SERIES/Hydraulic comparable to dock levelers costing far more.

SIMPLE MAINTENANCE AND ADJUSTMENTS:

The sophisticated design of the "C" SERIES/Hydraulic allows regulation of the deck descent speed via a single control valve on the deck cylinder. Properly installed and operated, periodic lubrication should be the only maintenance requirement. Grease fittings are provided along the hinge and lift arm assemblies. The self-bleeding hydraulic system has an ample one gallon capacity and uses readily available Dexron II ATF in most climates, Univiss d-13 in cold climates.
